Make time to love yourself and get fit!  There are many challenges to sticking to a fitness plan, including knowing how to design one.  I will help you to connect to your own personal motivation, design a fitness plan that includes strength-training, cardio, and yoga.  

I have been studying various forms of yoga for over 10 years.  In 2011 I was certified with Yoga Therapy Toronto, and I am continuously engaged in developing myself.
