Welcome to "The Breakup Clinic"

Years ago I thought about how when we break our arm or don't feel well we go to a clinic or a hospital, but what do we do when our heart is broken?

The pain of a broken heart is REAL, and although time does help there are many other resources and practices that you can use to accelerate your healing, and most importantly give meaning to your pain.  Given the right mindset and commitment, you can turn your experience of your broken heart into one of the most transformative experiences of your life. And as a result, emerge from your heartache a more authentic and happier version of yourself.  

You will find a list of some of my favourite breakup resources on this list. Feel free to browse and find as many resources that speak to you.  Depending on the stage that you're in (sadness, anger, relief, etc.) and the reasons for your ended relationship, as well as a variety of other factors - some resources will be more suitable than others.
